This strategic partnership enables SiCSem to manufacture high-performance SiC semiconductors at its Bhubaneswar facility. The exclusive technology license ensures SiCSem’s access to advanced fabrication processes necessary for producing SiC MOSFETs, SiC Diodes, Known Good Dies, and Power Modules. This collaboration leverages global expertise while establishing domestic semiconductor manufacturing capabilities, positioning Archean as a key player in India’s compound semiconductor ecosystem.
