OVERVIEW
Archean Chemical Industries Limited operates integrated manufacturing facilities strategically located across India serving diverse market segments. The Hajipir Plant, managed by Archean Chemical Industries Limited, is the primary facility for marine chemicals including industrial salt, bromine, and sulphate of potash production in Bhuj Taluk, Kutch District, Gujarat. The Mandvi Plant, also operated by Archean Chemical Industries Limited, provides marine chemicals support operations in Mandvi Taluk, Bhuj-Kutch, Gujarat. Acume Chemicals Private Limited, our wholly-owned bromine derivatives subsidiary, operates the Jhagadia Plant at GIDC, Randedi, Gujarat, converting captive bromine into specialty chemicals for pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and energy storage applications.
Idealis Mudchemie Private Limited manages oilfield chemistry operations through the Nagari Plant in Nagari, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, and the Kodur Plant in Kodur, Kadappa District, Andhra Pradesh, manufacturing specialty mud chemicals for drilling fluid systems. SiCSem Private Limited is developing India’s first integrated compound semiconductor facility at Info Valley, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, combining silicon carbide fabrication and assembly, testing, marking, and packaging capabilities to serve next-generation power electronics and energy storage markets.

Hajipir Plant — Marine Chemicals
ARCHEAN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES LIMITED
Located in Bhuj Taluk, Kutch District, Gujarat. This is Archean's primary integrated manufacturing facility producing industrial salt at 6 million MT per annum, bromine at 42,000 MT per annum, and sulfate of potash at 100,000 MT per annum from natural sea brine through solar evaporation.
Jhagadia Plant — Bromine Derivatives
ACUME CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED
Located at GIDC, Randedi, Jhagadia, Gujarat. This is the manufacturing facility of Acume Chemicals Private Limited, producing over 46 bromine derivative products with an inorganic bromide capacity of 33,000 MT per annum and an organic bromide capacity of 51,000 MT per annum. Commissioned in 2024.
Mandvi Plant — Marine Chemicals Support

Acume Chemicals' multi-reaction capability supports the development of new bromine derivative products across inorganic bromides, alkyl bromides, acyl bromides, alpha-bromo carboxylic acids, and aromatic bromides for emerging market applications.
Process Chemistry Optimisation
Our 8 reaction capabilities — bromination, halogenation, Friedel-Crafts, nitration, oxidation, cyclization, organometallic, and acid-base — allow continuous optimisation of synthesis routes to improve yield, purity, and efficiency across our derivatives portfolio.
Customer-Specific Formulation
We work with customers to develop bromine derivative formulations tailored to their specific application requirements, supported by our ISO-certified quality management system and rigorous batch testing protocols.
Export Infrastructure
Archean’s manufacturing facilities in Kutch, Gujarat, give us direct proximity to major commercial port infrastructure on India’s west coast, supporting efficient and cost-effective export of industrial salt, bromine, Sulphate of Potash (SOP) and chemical derivatives to global customers. We serve 25 global customers across international markets, with 78% of our revenue coming from international markets in FY 2025-26.
Industrial salt exports go to Japan, South Korea, and markets across South and East Asia including Middle East. Bromine and bromine derivatives are exported to global customers in oil and gas, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and flame-retardant sectors. All hazardous chemical shipments are handled in compliance with applicable international regulations for dangerous goods transport & shipping laws.

Dedicated on-site storage for bulk Industrial Salt, Bromine, and other liquid and solid chemicals — supported by stringent safety protocols — ensures consistent, large-volume supply without disruption. Products are dispatched via ISO tankers, trucks, IBCs, drums, glass bottles and Jumbo bags, tailored to product type and customer requirement.

A fleet of 274 ISO tankers (222 Owned), supported by new-model contracted vehicles and real-time GPS tracking, ensures safe, contamination-free chemical transport, giving us full visibility and control over every shipment, from dispatch to delivery.
