People and Communities
Our people and the communities around our operations are central to how Archean works. Every employee is covered by health insurance, receives safety and human-rights training, and works within a safety culture that has delivered zero lost-time incidents for five consecutive years.
Beyond the plant boundary, we invested ₹7.96 crores in CSR programmes in FY 2025-26 — spanning education, healthcare, nutrition, women’s empowerment, sports, and rural infrastructure — reaching communities across Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh through 19 partner programmes.
