Archean Chemical Industries Limited is the parent company of a growing group of speciality chemical businesses. We operate through wholly owned subsidiaries and step-down entities that cover four distinct business verticals. Each entity is strategically positioned to deepen our presence in its segment while drawing on the group's core strengths in marine chemistry, integrated manufacturing, and scientific capability.
Marine Chemicals
Archean manufactures speciality marine chemicals from natural seawater brine at Hajipir, Kutch. Core products include Industrial Salt, Bromine, and Sulphate of Potash with combined annual capacity exceeding 6 million metric tons.
Bromine Derivatives
Acume is Archean's wholly-owned subsidiary manufacturing bromine derivatives at Jhagadia, Gujarat. Products include flame retardants, biocides, pharmaceutical intermediates, and speciality compounds with 84,000 metric tons annual capacity.
Oilfield Solutions
Idealis manufactures high-performance drilling fluid additives for volatile downhole environments. Its specialized upstream product portfolio optimizes fluid rheology, hydrostatic pressure, and wellbore stability across global oil and gas exploration projects.
Advanced Materials
Archean is establishing India's first integrated compound semiconductor fabrication and ATMP platform at Info Valley, Bhubaneswar, Odisha through its subsidiary SiCSem Private Limited. This strategic investment demonstrates Archean's commitment to advanced materials and semiconductor manufacturing. The facility produces 60,000 SiC wafers annually and packages 96 million units per year, serving high-performance power applications in India and global markets. SiCSem represents Archean's expansion beyond speciality chemicals into next-generation semiconductor technologies, supporting domestic manufacturing capabilities and reducing India's dependence on imported compound semiconductors.

Archean Chemical Industries Limited is the group’s holding entity for its marine chemicals operations, consolidating interests in industrial salt, bromine, and sulphate of potash production.
Archean Chemical Industries Limited supports the group’s marine chemicals strategy, which is built on captive brine access, solar evaporation-based production, and zero liquid discharge operations.

ACUME CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED
Through Acume Chemicals Private Limited, we convert captive bromine into high-value downstream products. Acume manufactures over 46 bromine-derivative products serving pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, flame retardants, and energy storage markets.
Acume Chemicals Private Limited is Archean’s bromine derivatives manufacturing subsidiary, incorporated in 2022 and commissioned in 2024. Located at Jhagadia GIDC, Gujarat, Acume manufactures over 46 bromine derivative products across inorganic bromides, alkyl bromides, acyl bromides, alpha-bromo carboxylic acids, and aromatic bromides. The plant has a capacity of 33,000 MT per annum for inorganic bromides and 51,000 MT per annum for organic bromides. Acume is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

IDEALIS MUDCHEMIE PRIVATE LIMITED
Through Idealis Mudchemie Private Limited, we supply speciality mud chemicals and oilfield chemical solutions to onshore and offshore drilling operators globally.
Idealis Mudchemie Private Limited is Archean’s speciality mud chemicals business, acquired from Oren Hydrocarbon. The entity operates manufacturing units producing PAC Regular Grade, PAC LV Grade, modified starch, Fibrseal, and Baryte which are essential additives for water-based drilling fluid systems. The business serves onshore and offshore drilling operators and is currently dispatching samples to international customers as it scales commercial operations.
Idealis Mudchemie Private Limited is the broader oilfield chemicals entity within the Archean group, supporting the group’s strategy to serve global oil and gas operators with a comprehensive portfolio of speciality chemicals for drilling and completion operations.

SICSEM PRIVATE LIMITED
Through our investment in Sicsem Private Limited and our stake in Clas-SiC Wafer Fab Limited, UK, we are building India’s first commercial silicon carbide semiconductor facility, targeting EVs, renewable energy, and data center applications.
Sicsem Private Limited is Archean’s advanced materials entity focused on silicon carbide semiconductor manufacturing. The company is developing India’s first commercial compound semiconductor Fab and ATMP under one roof, located at Info Valley, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Phase 1 investment is ₹2,067 Crores. The facility targets annual wafer capacity of 60,000 wafers and packaging capacity of 96 million units, serving EV, renewable energy, data centre, and industrial power markets.
Clas-SiC Wafer Fab Limited is a UK-based silicon carbide wafer fabrication company in which Archean holds approximately 22.24% stake. It provides the technology foundation and global expertise that supports Archean’s semiconductor ambitions in India through Sicsem.

Statutory Audits & Reporting
All subsidiaries undergo independent statutory audits. Consolidated financial statements are prepared under Ind AS and reviewed by Archean Chemical Industries Limited's Audit Committee and Board, ensuring full financial transparency across the group.
Related Party Transactions
All intercompany transactions are conducted at arm's length and disclosed as related-party transactions in Archean's annual report in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, ensuring full regulatory compliance and stakeholder transparency.
